The actor, singer, and endlessly curious creative joins Loewe as the House’s newest ambassador.

Loewe welcomes a new talent into its world: Phuwin, the Thai actor and singer born in Bangkok in 2003, becomes the House’s new ambassador under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.
Brought to wider public attention through his leading role in Fish Upon the Sky, Phuwin quickly established himself as one of the most followed talents of his generation in Thailand and across Asia. His career has since expanded with new projects, including Me and Thee.
Beyond his fame, however, it is his curiosity that seems to have shaped the contours of this encounter with Loewe. Trained in engineering before devoting himself to acting, music, and songwriting, Phuwin approaches each of these disciplines as a territory still to be discovered. A way of cultivating movement and never allowing himself to be confined to a single definition of who he is.&nbsp;This thirst for exploration naturally echoes Loewe’s identity, where a heritage of craftsmanship enters into dialogue with a resolutely contemporary vision. Committed to precision of gesture and the richness of handwork, the House continues to make material a field of experimentation and creation a space open to every possibility.
This philosophy finds a particular echo in Phuwin. “What I admire most about Loewe is its dedication to true craftsmanship,” he explains. In a fashion industry subject to ever-faster rhythms, the Thai actor says he is inspired by the House’s decision to preserve the time necessary for its creations to be made by hand. This attention to gesture and detail, in turn, informs his own conception of work.
For Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, this affinity also lies in the freedom with which Phuwin moves between disciplines. “What struck us about Phuwin is how naturally he moves between mediums,” they say, referring to his path between music and acting. In him, these forms of expression do not seem to correspond to separate identities, but to arise from the same creative impulse and a deeply sincere commitment.
