Filipino designer Mich Dulce takes her fascination for the Amish and their dressing traditions into her latest collection titled &ldquo;Reimagining The Amish&rdquo;. Putting her own spin into the Amish rules of dressing, Mich Dulce&rsquo;s collection features a neutral colored assemblage of dresses, tops, skirts, aprons, and trousers created through smooth fabrics and many layers of draping, tied together by the designer&rsquo;s trademark millinery.&nbsp;

True to her passion for working with sustainable materials and uncommon craft, Mich Dulce also incorporates the use of latex clothing into the collection and combines it with locally sourced handwoven Pi&ntilde;a and Japanese twill for a beautiful juxtaposition of textures and fabrics, all created through Mich Dulce&rsquo;s signature voluminous and feminine approach.

To celebrate the latest collection, &ldquo;Reimagining The Amish&rdquo; is also available for a by-appointment in-person viewing from February 17 to 25 where clients can explore pieces from the collection and have their fittings personally done by the designer. The Open House is located at Penthouse 1 &amp; 2 Pacific Place, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig.
