As the global girl group gears up for its next EP, KATSEYE's fashion has become one of its strongest forms of storytelling.

As a group formed to connect audiences across the world, it only makes sense that KATSEYE's wardrobe would follow suit.&nbsp;
Since their debut as HYBE and Geffen Records' global girl group, the six-member act has steadily built a visual identity that blends K-pop precision with Western pop star individuality. Across every comeback, campaign, and red carpet, their wardrobes have loudly charted the group's growth.
Now, as KATSEYE prepares to release WILD, their third EP — and the first promotional cycle following Manon Bannerman's temporary hiatus — the group's aesthetic feels darker, bolder, and far more self-assured. While promotions continue with five members, the visual language remains cohesive, signaling a new chapter defined by confidence rather than conformity.
During SIS (Soft Is Strong), KATSEYE embraced the visual hallmarks of contemporary pop. Think pleated mini skirts, cropped varsity jackets, coordinated denim, sporty silhouettes, and playful accessories. The styling leaned heavily into youthful optimism, balancing Korean idol fashion with Western teen-pop sensibilities.

Rather than dressing identically, each member was given subtle styling cues that hinted at her individuality. Different textures, silhouettes, and color palettes allowed personalities to emerge while maintaining the cohesive image expected of a newly debuted group. It was polished, approachable, and unmistakably pop.

That changed with Beautiful Chaos.

When Gnarly arrived, the clean silhouettes of their debut gave way to distressed denim, leather, faux fur, oversized outerwear, and chunky accessories. The music video embraced controlled chaos, and the styling followed suit, mixing textures and proportions that felt intentionally rough around the edges. Rather than looking polished, KATSEYE looked fearless.

In Gabriela, the music video borrowed from the drama of a telenovela, complete with fitted dresses, sharp tailoring, sculptural corsetry, and rich jewel tones, trading grunge for glamour. Jessica Alba's cameo only heightened the cinematic feel, while the members stepped into characters whose wardrobes felt just as important as the storyline.

The two releases showed just how flexible KATSEYE's style had become. One era embraced messiness and rebellion, while the next leaned into old Hollywood glamour with a modern edge. Instead of reinventing themselves completely, the group proved they could move between aesthetics without losing their identity.
As performances, magazine shoots, and public appearances accumulated, the styling became noticeably less uniform. Coordinated outfits remained, but matching sets gave way to contrasting silhouettes and stronger individual identities.

One member might wear sharp tailoring while another leaned into soft draping. Lace sat comfortably beside leather, oversized outerwear complemented fitted separates, and accessories became more intentional than decorative.&nbsp;
Leading into their new era, the group's aesthetic has taken on greater maturity. Black has become a dominant color and experimental proportions have replaced many of the brighter silhouettes that defined their debut.

Gone are the days of sticking to one aesthetic. KATSEYE’s newest era embraces fashion as play. Vibrant wigs, sculptural accessories, faux fur, and exaggerated silhouettes transform each comeback look into its own character, proving that they aren’t afraid to experiment. It's a wardrobe that feels equal parts pop fantasy and fashion editorial.
