GNN&rsquo;s anniversary event is a reminder of what makes OPM special.

Gabi Na Naman Productions celebrated its 9th anniversary on May 25, 2024, at the 123 Block in Mandaluyong City. The star-studded lineup featured UDD, Gabba, Clara Benin, Ena Mori, Cheats, Chicosci, and Ang Bandang Shirley.

At its core, OPM brings people together, filling moments like birthdays, family get-togethers, and celebrations with heartfelt tunes. For nine years, Gabi Na Naman Productions has been creating a space where everyone can gather under one roof and revel in the joy of music together.
Despite the rainy evening, everyone still showed up to support their favorite artists at GNN&rsquo;s 9th-anniversary celebration. UDD kicked off the night with a captivating performance, setting the mood for an unforgettable evening.

Growing up in a household filled with Japanese and Filipino tunes, Japanese-Filipino singer-songwriter Ena Mori has a deep appreciation for OPM. She describes OPM as the driving force that inspires individuals to pursue their dreams.
To Mori, OPM embodies the pride and resilience of the Filipino people, serving as a source of encouragement. She explains, &ldquo;OPM tells the story of all Filipinos, regardless of their backgrounds.&rdquo;
What makes OPM truly special for Mori is the unique energy of Filipinos. She reflects, &ldquo;It&rsquo;s a very specific energy we all have. We&rsquo;re so uplifting to other people, too. That encouraged me and influenced my artistry.&rdquo;&nbsp;

One of the night&rsquo;s performers, Clara Benin, also shares her love for OPM. "OPM is all about being original... It's not really just one genre," she explains. Benin appreciates the ability of every artist to create music that is uniquely their own, highlighting the diversity and individuality that define OPM.
For Benin, creating music has been an outlet for expressing her mental health struggles and other personal feelings. Through her music, she hopes to inspire and connect with her listeners on a deeper level.

The GNN 9th-anniversary celebration was a testament to the unifying power of OPM, made possible by the dedicated attendees who braved the rainy evening to support their favorite artists.
