Coffee Plz 2026 brought vibrance to Ayala Malls Circuit Makati for three days of coffee, matcha, and community.

Coffee was the common language at Coffee Plz 2026, which brought coffee lovers, roasters, and lifestyle brands together at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati from September 4 to 6.
Now on its second edition, the festival expanded its lineup to include more than 60 coffee roasters from the Philippines and abroad, alongside matcha makers, bakeries, and coffee equipment brands. Local names including Yardstick, Good Cup, H Proper, Habitual Coffee, Satori Specialty Coffee, and Primal Brew joined international roasters from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and other markets.

This year also marked a bigger presence for matcha, with merchants including 16 Matcha, Matcha Tokyo, The Matcha Co., Yōka Matcha, and Jacque and Matcha joining the festival. Jacque and Matcha drew attention with its selection of matcha drinks, including its Maya Signature Drink, which was also available through the Maya booth.

Beyond the booths, guests sampled coffees through the festival’s tasting-token system, discovered new roasters, picked up beans and brewing equipment, and took part in activities celebrating the local coffee community. The Philippine National AeroPress Championship was also held during the weekend, while conversations, music, and DJs kept the festival moving throughout the three days. 
Maya Black, the festival’s co-presenter, added to the experience with perks for cardholders, including up to 10x Maya Miles at participating merchants. At the Maya booth, guests could also receive a Coffee Tasting Stub for a Maya Signature Drink featuring either Yardstick coffee or Jacque and Matcha matcha.

By the end of the weekend, Coffee Plz had made its case as a meeting point for the people, brands, and communities shaping the country’s growing specialty beverage scene.
