The tennis champion swaps the court for the slopes, starring in Gucci&rsquo;s first-ever winter sportswear collection.

Gucci climbs to new heights with Gucci Altitude, its first foray into performance and skiwear. The line, a thoughtful expansion of the house&rsquo;s language, turns alpine practicality into a study of balance between refinement and function.
Fronting the campaign is Jannik Sinner, Gucci&rsquo;s global brand ambassador and a former ski prodigy before his rise in tennis. Photographed among snow-covered peaks, Sinner moves through the setting like someone returning home.

&ldquo;This was such a special and unique shoot in the middle of the mountains,&rdquo; Sinner said. &ldquo;I&rsquo;ve always loved the mountains, and this shoot took place in the most incredible setting. Gucci always comes up with amazing ideas, but this one felt truly magical and was an experience I&rsquo;ll never forget.&rdquo;
Under Demna&rsquo;s creative direction, the collection plays with technical details &mdash; triple-layered jackets, water-repellent finishes, touchscreen interiors &mdash; yet nothing feels forced. The mood is calm, exact, and deliberate. Even the accessories, from wraparound goggles to mirrored lenses marked with the Gucci logo, are built to function as much as to frame a look.

In partnership with HEAD, Gucci also unveils skis, poles, helmets, and snowboards carrying the house&rsquo;s signature Web stripe. The effect is less about spectacle and more about control &mdash; an understated approach to luxury sportswear that favors precision over hype. Gucci Altitude doesn&rsquo;t just explore new terrain; it reflects how the house, like Sinner himself, knows the power of restraint.
