Zalora announces its Luxury Festival, happening from June 14-20, 2021. Since its introduction in 2020, luxury has become the fastest-growing category among Zalora&rsquo;s expanded lines. As customer behavior shifted in favor of online shopping when the pandemic began, the platform has recognized a growing demand for upscale offerings in Southeast Asia.

As the region surfs the winds of change and a new landscape for e-commerce, evolving demographics have witnessed shoppers grow more mobile-savvy and connected; brands, meanwhile, have moved to quickly adopt e-commerce in the face of the pandemic. This increased online penetration and maturing of the e-commerce ecosystem has given rise to more sophisticated consumers, and, coupled with the emergence of alternative payment methods (e.g. buy-now-pay-later models), it&rsquo;s no surprise that customers are seizing this opportune moment to make luxury purchases.

To that end, for Zalora's inaugural Luxury Festival, shoppers will have access to over 6,000 items from brands like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Chloe, Ferragamo, Balenciaga, and Saint Laurent, teamed with irresistible deals and discounts in celebration of the event's launch.
