Gentle Monster, the cult-favorite South Korean eyewear brand, has officially opened its first boutique in Manila. While the label's unique range of Asian-tailored sunglasses and spectacles is famously impressive, the store itself is a whimsical statement.

The Gentle Monster Manila Shangri-La Flagship presents a striking scene never encountered before, complete with &lsquo;The Giant&rsquo; sitting atop a destructed architectural reinterpretation of FREDERIK HEYMAN&rsquo;s 3D artwork. The intricately placed art pieces in vertical and horizontal variations across the space present a strong emotional contrast with the store&rsquo;s facade, demonstrating a truly one-of-a-kind retail experience.
