What better way to start the rom-com fashion callback than Kate Hudson’s iconic Andie Anderson butter-yellow silk gown from the film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days? For her Brazil press stop, the actress slipped into the 2000s Caché version of the frock that was soon released after the 2003 film. The design was originally custom-made for Hudson by Carolina Herrera and costume designer Karen Patch. Reinhart matched the look with the same updo hairstyle seen in the film, pairing it with dangling diamond earrings for a touch of modern glamour.

<h4 style="text-align: center;">Ever After: A Cinderella Story</h4>

One thing about the noughties is they love a Cinderella story — and among the ones that started it was the 1998 movie Ever After: A Cinderella Story, which turned the familiar fairy tale into a romantic period drama.&nbsp; Reinhart revisited Drew Barrymore’s Danielle in a custom Rodarte gown that echoed the film’s Renaissance-inspired original, completed with the empire-waist silhouette, crystal embellishments, and sheer long sleeves. This look is perhaps the most perfectly timed reference of them all.
