Over the past year, red carpet fashion has, to put it mildly, upped the game for celebrity fashion. While many of this year's best-dressed stars are the ones you know and love&mdash;Zendaya, Timoth&eacute;e Chalamet, Dua Lipa, etc. &mdash; 2022 has also brought some newcomers to the fold.
