One year into his role as creative director, A$AP Rocky introduces his first metal eyewear collection for Ray-Ban, including the brand&rsquo;s latest optical designs.

One year after becoming the first-ever creative director of Ray-Ban, A$AP Rocky unveils his first metal collection for the house, along with his debut optical frames. It marks an important step in his creative direction, where heritage and experimentation come together through his own lens.
The silhouettes draw directly from Ray-Ban&rsquo;s archive, referencing shapes from across different decades. But rather than simply revisiting the past, the collection reshapes it. Metal frames appear in pierced constructions, narrow rectangles, and soft oval shapes, finished in classic metallic tones that feel familiar but newly defined.

Some models lean into precision and structure. The RX3927V, refined and lightweight, nods to the brand&rsquo;s legacy while introducing a sharper profile. The 0RX3931V, with its oval shape, channels a subtle &rsquo;90s influence while feeling current.
On the sunwear side, the 0RB3927 features a slim rectangular frame with clean, angular lines, while the 0RB3931 revisits the oval silhouette in a more modern way. Pierced models such as the 0RX3929V, 0RX3928V, 0RB3929, and 0RB3928 push toward a more stripped-back aesthetic, balancing thicker lenses with minimal framing.

At the center of the collection is a futuristic wraparound design, released in limited quantities through select retailers. The silhouette reflects the direction Rocky is building, grounded in legacy but shaped by his own perspective.
To bring the collection to life, Rocky is joined by fellow rapper Nas in the campaign. Set inside a New York diner at night, the visuals draw from &rsquo;90s references while staying rooted in the present, reinforcing the connection between music, culture, and personal style.
