The world-renowned steakhouse makes its Philippine debut with a bold menu, live jazz, and a refined take on local flavors.

A favorite in pop culture and Wall Street circles alike, referenced in The Devil Wears Prada and known for hosting Warren Buffet&rsquo;s charity lunches, Smith &amp; Wollensky is finally in Manila.
Now open at The Finance Centre in BGC, the iconic American steakhouse brings its signature USDA prime dry-aged steaks, bold portions, and classic hospitality to the Philippines, along with a few local twists.

While staying true to its roots, the Manila outpost isn&rsquo;t afraid to bend the rules. &ldquo;Filipinos really love to have rice with their meals,&rdquo; said Chef Cale Jackson, Culinary Director for Asia. &ldquo;So we created three unique, fantastic rice dishes that go really well with our steaks.&rdquo; The result? Bone Marrow Rice, Chorizo Spanish Rice, and a rich Foie Gras Rice, exclusively for the BGC menu.

Outside the kitchen, the BGC location brings in a mix of art, music, and design. Grammy-nominated jazz pianist Bobby West is set to play live sets, while Rajo Laurel designed the staff uniforms and Jed Yabut added his creative touch with custom chandeliers and artwork throughout the space.
