The latest chapter of the creative partnership sees Pharrell Williams reimagine one of Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon's most iconic cuv&eacute;es for summer.

For more than 280 years, Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon has balanced tradition with innovation. This summer, the Champagne house continues its creative partnership with Pharrell Williams, turning its attention to one of its most recognizable bottles: Ice Imp&eacute;rial.
Following his colorful reinterpretations of Brut Imp&eacute;rial and Nectar Imp&eacute;rial Ros&eacute; in 2025, Pharrell returns with a fresh take on the champagne that changed the way people drink Champagne in warm weather. The new edition marks a first for Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon. For the first time, Ice Imp&eacute;rial is presented without its traditional outer case, allowing the bottle itself to take center stage.

It's a simple but deliberate move that reflects Pharrell's approach to the collaboration, stripping things back to highlight the craftsmanship and pioneering spirit at the heart of the Maison. That spirit is closely tied to Ice Imp&eacute;rial itself. When it launched in 2010, it became the first champagne specifically created to be enjoyed over ice, an idea that challenged convention at the time.
Under Cellar Master Beno&icirc;t Gouez, Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon developed a blend capable of maintaining its intensity and balance even as the ice slowly melts. Built around Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, Ice Imp&eacute;rial opens with notes of mango, guava, ripe nectarine, and soft spices. The palate starts rich and fruit-forward before giving way to a fresher finish marked by citrus and ginger.

To accompany the release, Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon has partnered with French pastry institution La Tarte Trop&eacute;zienne. The pairing highlights the champagne's tropical profile through Baby Trop' pastries in classic, coconut, and apricot flavors, creating a distinctly Riviera-inspired summer experience.
The house has also introduced a new serve called the "Spicy Mangos&eacute;," created by Beno&icirc;t Gouez. The cocktail combines Ice Imp&eacute;rial with mango, agave, a touch of cayenne pepper, and Mo&euml;t's Signature Ice Pearls, adding a sweet-and-spicy twist to the champagne's signature freshness.
With this latest collaboration, Pharrell Williams continues to bring a new perspective to one of Champagne's most storied houses. More than a seasonal release, it's a reminder that even the most established icons can find new ways to surprise.
