At the very core of ArteFino is the celebration of Filipino creativity and passion. Beyond being an artisanal fair, it is a movement that brings to the spotlight the tender preservation of our own heritage and craft. Now in its ninth year, ArteFino is bigger than ever before as it spotlights champions of change&mdash;the innovators, movers, visionaries, and steady forces who have poured great effort into ArteFino as a cultural movement. From July 26 to August 3, everyone can look forward to an artisanal retail experience purely rooted in heritage and reimagined traditions.

Founders Maritess Pineda, Mita Rufino, Susie Quiros, Cedie Lopez-Vargas, and Marimel Francisco built ArteFino around its very purpose&mdash;HeArteFino, a non-profit organization with the mission of helping and empowering Filipino artisans. Over the years, its long-term developmental programs have helped chosen communities around the country.&nbsp; And its most recent grantee, Project Nova from Bohol, with an initiative of transforming discarded kayaks into bags, received an initial seed of P500,000. &ldquo;Advocacy is the core. We exist because we believe that craft is not just about beauty, but about equity, access, and impact,&rdquo; the founders share.

This year&rsquo;s ArteFino Fair has also transformed to be more engaging and immersive, finally standing not only at the Fifth, but also expanding its footprint all throughout the hallways of Power Plant Mall in Rockwell.&nbsp;
From July 26 to August 3, the the Balmori Chef&rsquo;s Table will be the home of the inaugural ArteFino Lounge&mdash;a space for conversations over heritage-inspired food by chefs Angelo Comsti and Don Baldosano, as well as a curated offering of homegrown fine jewelry and accessories from ARAO, Caro Wilson, Golden Monstera, Katha Pilipinas, Peewee Benitez, and more.
This year, ArteFino is also set to launch a lineup of creative collaborations that reimagine the Filipino spirit. First in the list is Idyllic Summers X Earthbound by Geraldine Javier, Steffi Cua, and Marionne Contreras, which explores the use of eco printed local textiles and zero waste designs. Next is Jor-El Espina&rsquo;s Heirloom which features needlepoint and patchwork pieces drawing heavily from the technique and creative wisdom imparted by Patis Tesoro. Finally, designer Camille Villanueva and muralist Tara Soriano create a collection where mural art is weaved upon treasured garments.
Also featured in this year&rsquo;s fair are the works of Zarah Juan for HeArteFino. Titled Full Circle, the designer&rsquo;s collection explores the use of natural dyes which she learned during an immersion experience in Jakarta.

The ArteFino Fair 2025 is all about paving new paths, preserving heritage, and pushing Filipino creativity forward.
