The K-pop quartet reunites for the group&rsquo;s 15th anniversary.

World-famous K-pop girl group 2NE1 is stopping by Manila for their &lsquo;Welcome Back&rsquo; tour this weekend. Known for their hits like "I Love You", "I Am The Best", and "Come Back Home", YG Entertainment the&nbsp;comeback of the group last July in celebration of their 15th anniversary&nbsp;&mdash; almost a decade since their disbandment in 2016. &nbsp;

2NE1 member Sandara Park, who also has a successful showbiz career in the Philippines, expressed the girls&rsquo; excitement to return and perform in Manila again. An icon on the global stage, 2NE1 had a significant impact on the rising K-pop scene, gaining fans from all over the world because of their relatable music and lyrics, unique fashion sense, heartwarming sisterhood, and the incomparable love they have for their fans. The reunion is a dream come true for longtime Blackjacks (their fandom); who have been hoping and waiting for the group to reunite once again.

Having redefined the &lsquo;Girl Crush&rsquo; concept, the quartet is often seen as strong and confident, straying away from the cutesy, baby girl image of more mainstream K-pop girl groups. They embody empowerment, confidence, and strength, which match the group&rsquo;s bold and edgy musical genre. Their songs are versatile, the group doesn't shy away from experimenting&nbsp;with different styles and sounds such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, and rock.&nbsp;

The concert will be held on November 16 and 17 at the Mall of Asia Arena, and tickets have sold out according to Live Nation Philippines. &nbsp;
