She arrived in the Philippines in the second half of 2022 and has then studied the local beauty landscape and shaped the 5-year growth strategy of L&rsquo;Oreal Philippines. Proving herself to be a trailblazer in the beauty scene, Raynaud has continued to challenge the status quo with new business models that put forward sustainable growth and multi-skilled talents.&nbsp;
